Today’s video is about what is on my heart and mind. I talk to what coaching is and some of the amazing benefits of working with a coach. I get personal and address some of my beliefs about wellness.
I do want to be clear about one thing, having a coach does not replace you medical treatments and/ or providers. It is very important to have medical providers in your life you trust and have a relationship with. It is vital to recognize that our doctors can only do so much for us and that some of our health is our personal responsibility. There are things that often need to be changed in the way we are living before anyone can help. Health is in large determined by how we are living. The tiny habits we do daily make a huge difference in our wellbeing.
