What Is Coaching?

A coach is someone

 with whom you form a partnership to achieve your goals. As your coach, I will demonstrate expertise in overcoming hurdles and building wellness.

Many different types

 of successful people have coaches: Actors, Singers, Business executives, Investors, Athletes–even Tiger Woods!  Anyone who wants to succeed in any area of life can benefit from having a coach.
