Altered Self Wellness – Transform into the best possible version of yourself
Today I would love to share a little with you about my practice of meditation. I practice a form of meditation called Transcendental meditation. I went through the educational part and ceremony at a very young age and I have not been back for a refresher course in sometime. There may be things that I do that are unconventional in my practice due to that. However, today I want to share with you some basics of how I meditate and why. It’s so common for people to overcomplicate this one mindfulness tool. Meditation has allowed me to heal and thrive in spite of any difficulty or struggle in life. I will forever be grateful for mediation.
