Altered Self Wellness – Chronic pain management tips for living a beautiful life in spite of your pain.
A valuable skill to possess in life is the ability to reflect on life experiences and inventory all the lessons you learned. This is a skill that I have practiced throughout my life. I was an electrician for ten years as a young adult. Today I want to share with you some of the life lessons I learned as an electrician.
Some of these lessons I understood but as you know the road between the head and heart can often be long. I started electrical as a young adult and during my years as an electrician I processed these lessons at the heart level. I truly was able to understand both head and heart what they meant and how to apply the lessons in my life.
Some people may have learned these very same lessons years before I did. I was not ready to learn them well, until I was ready, lol. Now some people never learn these lessons and that is why I am excited to share them with you.
One lesson I learned from being an electrician that I forgot to mention is I have the ability to find all the answers I need. I do not necessarily need to know everything but I do need to know how to find the answers. I learned that I am responsible for figuring out the answers I need and how to do this.
