Kickboxing with Jason at The Fitness Place
I spent the summer trying many different forms of movement and exercise. I was seeing what my body could do with particular emphasis on what movement brings me joy. I found this kickboxing class and it blew my mind. It is fun and the instructor Jason is absolutely amazing. I go pretty easy during the class which means I don’t punch or kick hard. I focus my time on form and contracting my core rather than going hard. There are many athletes in the class that definitely do go hard and reap the benefits of it. The option to go at your own pace and ability is there.
This class is incredible for increasing core strength. As a matter of fact, it is so incredible at strengthening my core I had to share it with each of you. Jason takes time during the class to work with each person on their form. Kickboxing is fun, improves agility, increase discipline and great for moving emotions as well.

Cardio Kickboxing
Friday I 9:15-10:15am I @ Group Fitness Studio w/Jason
A circuit style cardio kickboxing class using cardio and bodyweight exercises along with moves from the martial arts. With upbeat music and positive motivation, you’ll be sure to feel stronger each time.
Kickboxing
Tuesday I 6:30 pm- 7:30pm I @ Open Gym w/Jason
Set in the open gym, this kickboxing class is more casual and goes deeper as you learn to hone those kickboxing moves to make you feel and perform strong.
