Today’s video is all about intention setting. Intention setting is a powerful tool for marrying your subconscious to your conscious and helps you perform better in any situation. An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to be, live, and show up in the world—This is a tool that I use daily. I have built it into my morning ritual and often use it throughout the day.
I have built intention setting into my coaching practice as well. Each session the clients I serve set an intention for their session. This helps the process become more natural and easy to use in their day to day life.
I will cover why intention setting is more powerful than some other tools. I will share how to set an intention and when is the right time. I will also speak about when is not the right time for this practice. To create this video, I merged two videos and I hope you enjoy it.
