Altered Self Wellness
Transform Into The Best Version of Yourself
Angie has been a person that the universe keeps pulling me back to. I have taken many of her group fitness classes over the years. Her taste of music and dynamic personality sets a healing tone for her classes. After attending her class I always feel like I have left any anger or frustration behind. After my first surgery I was slowly losing my ability to move. During that time I tried many new exercises that I had never tried before. Pilates, swimming and yoga just to name a few. Nothing was working and any movement I did was crippling. Angie willing picked up her phone on many occasions while I cried. Then she would come to my home and take me on short yet meaningful walks. I could not be luckier to have a friend like Angie.
